The student can be assigned an IE and complete the course over the year. In some cases, this may be necessary for students to accrue enough hours with the employer.

Yes, students can be enrolled in a WEX over the summer if all the activation forms and orientations have been completed.

The only mandatory steps and forms from a legal and audit standpoint are the forms included in the full teacher guide. Teachers use their own autonomy to meet the rest of the curricular outcomes.

Yes as long as the required forms are filled out students could use as many employers as they like.

No, you are obligated to complete the in-school orientation and the employer and student and to ensure that an on-site orientation is completed. Once you have documentation that the on-site orientation is complete you may sign off on the training plan.
