Youth EXPLORE Trades Sampler

The objective of the Youth EXPLORE Trades Sampler offered at VIU is to provide hands-on experience in a variety of in-demand careers. Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools, the CTC, works in partnership with VIU to deliver a full semester exploration program. After completion of this program, a student can decide to apply to a Foundation program through our Youth Train in Trades, or an apprenticeship through our Youth Work In Trades Program.
